The Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission and the UBC Sauder School of Business Real Estate Division are committed to sustainability. By using the eBook or PDF version of the course manual that are included with your registration, you will help us with our initiative and save approximately 650 printed pages.

However, we understand that everyone learns differently. If necessary, you can purchase a hardcover manual for an additional $200.00. If you are undecided, you can purchase a hardcover manual from the RED Bookstore at a later date. No Refunds are available after purchase. Please note: The Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) has imposed a ban on overtime hours for its employees, as part of a legal strike action. There is no work stoppage and Canada Post is continuing operations at this time, but it is unclear how the strike action may evolve as negotiations continue. As a result, students should anticipate delays in receiving mail from our office. Students are encouraged to use the eBook or PDF version of the course materials included with course registration in the interim.
