The Saskatchewan Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses are online courses delivered by the UBC Sauder Real Estate Division in partnership with the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission.

All registrants are required to successfully complete a Saskatchewan CPD course on or prior to May 31st of that year to renew their registration. First time registrants who registered between April 1 and June 30 are exempt from the current year's CPD requirement.

Courses are intended to provide registrants with current and comprehensive information such as legislative changes, compliance issues, legal updates, elements of risk reduction, and professional standards.

Note: One Saskatchewan CPD 2025 Course must be completed on or before May 31, 2025 for those renewing their registration for the July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026 registration year.

Prior years' CPD Courses (For Registrant Reinstatement OR Additional Education)

Note: Prior years' Saskatchewan CPD Courses are for those reinstating their registration. If you are reinstating your registration, you must first contact the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission at info@srec.ca to obtain permission and to determine the appropriate requirements.

Prior years' Saskatchewan CPD Courses can also be taken for additional education purposes but will NOT satisfy the current year's CPD requirements.
