The MSA Transition Education Course fulfills the transition education requirements established by BC Financial Services Authority (BCFSA) for licensing under the Mortgage Services Act (MSA). Registration in this course is intended for those who were registrants under the Mortgage Brokers Act (MBA) and did not complete the transition education required to transition their MBA registration to an MSA licence by September 22, 2026, as required by BCFSA. The cost of the MSA Transition Education Course is now $700.

While MSA transition education was originally delivered in phases across multiple courses, going forward, all required modules have been consolidated into this single course for ease of registration and completion.
